First Coast Association Management

Overview

During my time as a receptionist for First Coast Association Management, an HOA management company, I took on an extra role in designing media for the company. In addition to my normal duties, I was hired to make business cards, flyers, and postcards.

Business Cards

I was commissioned to create business cards for the employees of First Coast Association Management. This follows the rebranding of the company, done by Premier Mailing and Printing. I utilized the new logo and assets included in the branding guide to deliver my final design for the new business cards, used by the company’s 26 employees.

 

Flyers

Part of my responsibilities was to create flyers for various events, including a volunteer day for employees and a food truck day for one of the communities FCAM manages.

Postcards

When the office moved locations, I was tasked with the responsibility to send awareness to homeowners of our new address. I designed these postcards and mailed them out to the return address of all mail that still came in at the old location.
